SellUp operates the platform accessible at https://sellup.com.sg (hereinafter "SellUp"), a marketplace that enables users to sell, trade-in, or purchase pre-owned electronic devices and related services.
SellUp is not a licensed financial institution and does not fall under the regulation of the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
By accessing or using SellUp, users agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
"Buyer": A user who purchases a product or service on SellUp.
"Seller": A verified business or individual who lists devices or services for sale on SellUp.
"User": Any individual who visits or uses the SellUp platform, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.
"Device": Any electronic product (e.g., phones, tablets, laptops, wearables) listed on SellUp.
"Services": Any value-added service offered on SellUp, including device insurance (SellUp Care), repair service, delivery, and device evaluation.
"Order": A confirmed transaction initiated through the SellUp platform.
"Platform": The digital infrastructure, including website, backend systems, and APIs, maintained by SellUp Pte. Ltd.
SellUp provides a secure and convenient marketplace for users to:
Sell or trade in pre-owned and new electronic devices.
Purchase inspected and verified used devices from approved sellers.
Access value-added services such as extended warranty, repair comparisons, and secure delivery.
SellUp acts as a transactional and logistical intermediary. While we facilitate the exchange of products and services between buyers and sellers, we do not own or stock inventory unless specifically stated. Each Order constitutes a contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
SellUp may assist in dispute resolution but is not liable for contractual obligations between buyers and sellers unless SellUp is explicitly listed as the seller.
All users agree to:
Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
Use SellUp for lawful purposes.
Refrain from posting false, misleading, or infringing content.
Respect the rights of other users and sellers.
Sellers additionally agree to:
Maintain up-to-date inventory and accurate product descriptions.
Honour quoted offers and delivery timelines.
Comply with all applicable laws, including licensing (e.g., secondhand dealer registration, where required).
Device listings are manually uploaded by verified sellers. Prices and offers may fluctuate based on device condition, market demand, and availability.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of listed products. SellUp reserves the right to remove listings that violate platform rules or legal regulations.
An Order is confirmed when the Buyer completes checkout or when the Seller accepts a trade-in offer.
SellUp or the Seller may cancel an order prior to shipment in cases including, but not limited to:
Pricing errors.
Stock unavailability.
Suspicious activity or non-compliance.
Buyers will be notified and refunded in full if cancellation occurs before delivery.

SellUp offers free island-wide shipping in Singapore.
Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days.
Devices must match the condition stated in the listing to be eligible for refund.
All devices sold on SellUp include a minimum 30-day functional warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
The warranty covers defects that affect the normal functionality of the device and were not disclosed at the time of sale, including:
• Failure to power on or charge properly
• Touchscreen, display, speaker, microphone, camera, or button malfunctions
• Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile network, or connectivity issues
• Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint sensor, or biometric authentication failures (if advertised as functional)
• Device locking due to undisclosed iCloud, Google, MDM, carrier, or ownership restrictions existing before the sale
• Major hardware defects that prevent normal use of the device
The warranty does not cover:
• Physical damage, accidental damage, liquid damage, or misuse after delivery
• Cosmetic issues disclosed in the product listing or visible at the time of purchase
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, paint loss, and ageing of materials
• Battery degradation due to normal usage. Batteries are consumable components and naturally deteriorate over time.
• Software issues caused by user actions, including failed updates, rooting, jailbreaking, malware, or installation of unsupported software
• Repairs, modifications, or tampering performed by any party not authorised by the seller or SellUp
• Accessories, free gifts, consumables, screen protectors, charging cables, or cases unless otherwise stated
All warranty claims must be submitted through SellUp’s Support Page before the warranty period expires. Devices may be subject to inspection by the seller or an authorised service partner to determine warranty eligibility.
In the event of a dispute between Buyer and Seller:
Users are encouraged to contact SellUp Customer Support.
SellUp may mediate, but final decisions rest with the contractual terms between Buyer and Seller.
Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Small Claims Tribunals (Singapore).
All content on the SellUp platform - including logos, product descriptions, layouts, graphics, and software - is the intellectual property of SellUp or its content providers. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
SellUp is not liable for:
Loss of data, profit, or revenue.
Delays caused by third-party logistics providers, dealers, or sellers.
Damages resulting from misuse, modification, unauthorized repairs, or improper handling of devices.
Any inaccuracies or differences between displayed Suggested Retail Prices (SRP), Recommended Retail Prices (RRP), launch prices, or current market prices, including where reference prices are not updated following manufacturer or retailer price changes.
Our liability is limited to the transaction value or the amount paid for a specific service.
SellUp collects and processes personal data in accordance with Singapore's PDPA. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
SellUp reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

At SellUp, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent shopping experience.
If you receive a product that is defective or significantly not as described, you may request a return within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the item, as recorded by SellUp’s delivery or collection confirmation.
All requests are subject to verification and approval.
You may request a return or refund if:
• The item received is significantly not as described, or
• The item has a verified functional defect, or
• The order cannot be fulfilled by the dealer
To be eligible for a return:
• The request must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt or self-collection
• The item must be returned in the same condition as received
• The item must not have any new damage, cracks, or modifications
• All accessories and items originally provided must be returned
• The device must be reset and free from all personal accounts (e.g. Apple ID, Google account)
SellUp reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Returns will not be accepted if:
• The 7-day return window has passed
• An incorrect or invalid delivery address was provided
• The parcel was received by a third party and subsequently lost or mishandled
• The item has been modified, repaired, or contains unauthorised parts
• The item shows signs of misuse, tampering, or damage after delivery
• The device is not reset or remains locked to user accounts
• A fraudulent, abusive, or unreasonable claim is made
If an order is cancelled by the customer after payment has been made, SellUp reserves the right to reject refund.
This includes:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect order placed
• Failed delivery due to customer-related reasons
• Returns not caused by product defects
The final refund amount may differ from the original payment.
The following charges are non-refundable:
• Payment processing or gateway fees
• Delivery or logistics fees
• Any third-party transaction charges
These fees are imposed by payment providers and are not retained by SellUp.
Final Refund = Original Payment – Non-refundable Fees
The final refund amount will be confirmed before processing.
A full refund (including applicable fees) will be provided if:
• The order cannot be fulfilled by the dealer
• An incorrect item was delivered
• The item has a major undisclosed defect verified upon inspection
In such cases, the customer will receive 100% of the amount paid.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
• Processing time is typically 3 to 10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider
SellUp is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
If the device has been opened only to discover a manufacturer defect (e.g. it won't turn on, touchscreen doesn't work, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll verify the issue and either offer a replacement or process a refund - as long as the device is returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
Not eligible for return if:
The device has been used for personal setup (e.g. data transfer, app installation, prolonged usage), or
Shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering beyond basic functionality testing.
Return allowed if:
The item remains in the same condition as sold and includes all accessories.
Not eligible if:
The device is damaged, cracked, dented, or has liquid damage.
Any security lock remains active (e.g., Apple ID, Samsung ID).
The device has been repaired, replaced, or modified after purchase.
All used devices will be inspected upon return. If they fail to meet the above conditions, the return will be rejected.
Accessories (e.g., tempered glass, phone cases) are eligible for return only if they are unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Once the packaging has been opened or the accessory has been used, it is no longer eligible for return.
SellUp does not facilitate exchanges, but you may request an exchange directly with the seller at their physical store within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value (with a top-up). No cash refunds will be provided.
We offer free island-wide shipping for all orders. At this time, we do not support international shipping.
Once your order is confirmed, our partner dealers will process and prepare the device for delivery within 1 - 4 business days.
Delivery typically takes 2 - 6 working days from the date of dispatch. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we'll contact you directly.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout, as we are unable to change the address once your order has been placed. SellUp is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, please report the issue to us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
We'll work with our logistics and dealer partners to investigate. Claims made after 14 days will not be eligible for refunds or re-delivery.
If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as the recipient being unavailable or the address being inaccessible, a re-delivery fee may apply, or the order may be returned to the seller.
Orders fulfilled by different dealers may arrive in separate packages. Each item will have its own tracking number if applicable.
